Mon, 08/30/2010 - 18:18A fire that ripped through a Chambersburg restaurant has been ruled accidental by Pennsylvania State Police. The fire started at 8:05 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 22, at Bombay Restaurant, 815 Wayne Ave., and is believed to have been caused by rags soaked with grease and solvent.
